All product and service names, graphics, icons, trademarks, design marks, and logos on this site are trademarks unless noted otherwise. Other trademarks and related materials belong to their respective owners. You may not use East Appalachian Electric's material or logos without written permission. EAE (East Appalachian Electric) allows you to use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes as long as you comply with these Terms of Use and only use the Site lawfully.

User Content Posted Through This Site

You are solely responsible for any User Content (UC) you post. (EAE) is not liable for UC and you may be held personally responsible for content that is defamatory, obscene, or in violation of these Terms, confidentiality obligations, or others' rights. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EAE and its affiliates, including their officers, agents, partners, and employees, from any loss, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of this Site in violation of the Terms of Use, any breach of your representations and warranties, or if content you post causes us to be liable to others.

By installing a third-party application, you authorize it to act on your behalf and share information communicated with EAE. EAE will transmit this information through the third-party application over the internet and is not responsible for any disclosure, misuse, or dissemination of your information through such applications.
